Joe’s favorite workout day of the week is leg day and his favorite exercise is hack squats.

Joe specializes in training women looking to build their glutes, lose weight and restore their internal health. He also has experience in the following:

• competition prep coaching for women’s bikini, wellness and men’s physique from amateur NPC to IFBB pro league.
• athletic performance, including strength training, condition, speed & agility
• training pro sport athletes from the NBA to the Olympics
